Add a Course Occurrence (UIO)

The Course Occurrence (UIO) represents the offering of a course in terms of the calendar occurrence to which it relates. The UIO contains more specific time-related information about the course.

UIOs with a planned status are displayed with a different icon to help you distinguish between planned and non-planned statuses.

To add a UIO, do either of the following:

• Right-click on the UIOs node in the UI tree, and select Add from the shortcut menu

  

• Select the UIOs node in the UI tree, and click the Add button on the Curriculum ribbon

  

The UIO Summary tab is displayed by default.
